Pump Up Those Pecs with These Workouts!

If you want to have chest that’s going to have people breaking their necks for a look, you have to put in the work. You’ve probably heard it a bunch of times by now, but there’s a reason why it keeps being said; because it’s the truth. You need to feel the burn in order to build up muscle that’s going keep the girls coming back for more, and there are obviously other supplements and such that could help you out along the way.

Many people jump into the process of working out without setting any real goals, which isn’t good (although some people still find success when they do this). When you want to be successful in the act of working out and building up more muscle, you need to set goals and attempt to reach them. You need to be breaking records and eating as much food as possible for energy purposes, it’s almost like a full-time job.

Pectoral muscles will play an integral role in your everyday life, as they are one of the largest muscles in your body. Whether you are male or female, these muscles are going to remain important; although they are much more prominent in males. That’s going to ring true for just about every muscle, as males have more testosterone in their systems (for the most part). This doesn’t mean that women can’t be ripped as well, it just means that you’ll have to work a bit harder than the average male would! You’ll need the right workouts to pick from in order to keep that weight coming though, so check out some of the stuff we’re listing below.

Push-ups will remain one of your go-to workouts, as they are both easy and effective. Doing hundreds of push-ups on daily basis is going to give you a sexy chest, there’s just no way around it. When you’re always working on your chest muscles they are bound to get stronger, but you have to get creative with your approach. Push-ups will only work a specific set of chest muscles, and if you want to hit the upper and lower pectoral muscles, you’ll have to benchpress. Incline benchpress is where you benchpress on an angle, giving you more resistance and a tougher time in general. It also allows you to target every single muscle located in your chest, and not just the most “useful” ones.

If you want to really take things up a notch, you may want to consider just training in general with a lot more of a supplemental intake. The more protein and supplements you can work into your diet, the better. This doesn’t mean that you need to nearly stuff yourself full of supplements, but if you can handle the amount that you’re taking and it’s working well, there’s no reason to switch things up.

You can build a bigger and broader chest, so long as you’re willing to heed the warnings we’ve listed in this article.

Jumping Higher: Is It Even Possible?

Jumping higher is useful for many different reasons, although it’s used for sport in most instances. Jumping has been something that humans have done ever since the beginning of our era, because it was a necessity when it came to hunting. We had to jump over bushes and other obstacles, and probably even over potentially dangerous situations – you’ve never lived life right until you’ve leapt over a 20 foot alligator. There’s nothing like a boatload of adrenaline to send you into a frenzy for 30 minutes, and then inevitably, right to your bed for some sleep.

When you want to jump higher, it’s going to give you an advantage in most sports. When you take a look at soccer, the person who is being targeted for a header has to get up as high as possible. They need to be able to get on top of the defender and get their heads on the ball, which is why the tallest and highest jumping players are usually the target. Just think of the best headers in the game, and you’ll begin to see a pattern – very rarely is there someone who cannot jump trying to win a header battle. The same can be said for a sport like American Football, as they need their jumping ability to clear tacklers.

Jumping over somebody who is trying to literally rip you down to the ground has to feel empowering, which is why it only makes sense that American Football players are some of the most impressive athletes you’ll see around the world. Basketball would be another perfect example, as height and athletic ability will allow you to reign supreme; if you’re good enough, you may even be able to earn yourself a multi-million dollar contract.

Jumping higher may seem like it’s very “out of reach”, but it really isn’t. If you’re willing to take some time out of your daily schedule and dedicate it to leg strength, you’ll be jumping higher in no time at all. It isn’t just about your legs though, as you’ll need to practice jumping in general. Some of the highest leapers that you see are going to be natural born jumpers, and it’s just the way that they were made. Their genetic make up allows them to be explosive and jump higher than most, so with proper training, they can do things that seem nearly impossible.

Dunking a basketball at any height under 6’0” (6 foot is probably even a bit small, but if you can jump, it shouldn’t be a problem) is a feat that you should be proud of. When you can rise up as a little person and dunk a basketball, it not only looks better, but people can blatantly see your hops. Not everyone is going to want jumping skills so that they can gloat, but it’s a very nice cherry to have on top of everything else.

Scared of the Gym? Don’t Be!

Being scared of the gym is a lot like not wanting to speak in public. It’s pretty much going to be a symptom in those who are anxious, as you feel like everyone is watching you at any given time.

To be fair, people at the gym are probably just as self-conscious as you are, why else would they be working on their bodies? It seems like even though there are people in the gym who have perfect form and posture, they just aren’t happy with what they look like. The gym is a place that you go to to get better when it comes your physical self, but it can also help you get better mentally as well.

The gym can be a place of peace to you, as long as you allow it to be exactly that. You can think of it as a sanctuary of sorts, since you’ll be so interested in maintaining the body that you’ve built. You’ll start to build relationships with the people that go to the same gym as you, and you may even spark up a relationship with a spouse. You’ll beging to feel comfortable the more you go to the gym, so you’ve just go to stick with it.

Don’t let anybody discourage you from making a change for the better, simply because they are too scared to do it with you. The toughest part of being able to go to the gym, is handling all of the people that you feel are staring at you. They aren’t staring, and if they are, just ignore them! Life is too short to worry about stuff like that, so as long as you’re at the gym and putting in work, there’s nothing for them to say.

Exercises are going to call for perfect form, and if you attempt them without understanding how to do them properly, you could end up getting hurt. When you want to get the most out of your workout sessions, you may want to consider hiring a trainer.

That may not be in the books for some, as trainers are going to cost quite a bit of money, but you should consider it if you can afford to hire one. A trainer will let you know where you are making mistakes, allowing you to correct them and be a better beast!

The right form is also going to allow you to avoid injury, which is prominent in the world of working out. Fitness and injuries go hand in hand, as you might get hurt working out or during sport, but you’ll need workouts in order to get better.
